Shannon Ritter
Beginning a new lifestyle of health and wellness Shannon began the 2011 Spring into Summer World Wide Yoga Challenge and 30 Day Detox with the Pranashama Institute. As WINNER and now advocate to The Prasha Method, a Yogi was born. Shannon's focus is sharing beginner workouts, teaching ways to reduce stress, incorporate heatlhy lifestyles to busy families, as well as diet and nutrition. As a military family, and mother of three, Yoga has kept her flexible and fluid while always bringing her back to the mat!
